The map can only be downloaded to a memory card modified by Navionics. From 21.02.2022, the former Small has a new name, which is REGULAR, and the downloadable areas have become considerably larger. Before using the map, the map must be “registered” on the Navionics website and the region suitable for you must be downloaded. Instead of the former four different very small areas intended for Estonia, there are regions that cover all of Estonia and Finland, Latvia and Lithuania. It is possible to download one of all the small regions that Navionics has to offer, across EMEA. There are two suitable regions for Estonia. One area covers Estonia and Latvia and also allows you to go fishing or a leisure trip to southern Finland and Åland, the other area covers Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and Gotland and Rugen Island are also on it. Free updates can be downloaded for one year from the date of registration. You have to be careful when choosing the region, it cannot be changed later. NB! Before buying a new chart, make sure that Navionics charts are suitable for your chartplotter and whether your chartplotter is able to read memory cards larger than 2 GB.
